On 9 February 2009, The Foyer Group has announced its acquisition of the CapitalatWork Group, an asset management company operating in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

As a result of this acquisition, which is already underway, the Foyer Group’s private asset management division has assets under management of more than EUR 4 billion.
