  • Organisation of emergency intervention linked to your building in the event of a water leak, blocked pipes, power failure (excluding network failure), a broken window, a damaged roof, alarm malfunction, loss of keys, a breakdown in heating.

Processing of claims
The maximum compensation amounts are clearly indicated in the Table of Cover in the General Terms and Conditions of your policy.

Your claim for compensation shall be settled within 30 days after agreement has been reached between the parties.

Evaluation of your contents

When you go through your home, room by room, you will be surprised at the value of all that you have accumulated over the years.

Compare the total content value obtained using this form with the insured sum indicated in your insurance policy.If the sum insured under your policy does not correspond to the value obtained using the form, contact your agent who will advise you on how best to proceed.

Some advice:

  • In order to correctly evaluate the contents of your home, enter the current value in this form. 
  • Take photographs of your valuable objects. In the event of theft, these photos could come in useful.
  • Please note the limits concerning jewellery and objects made from precious metals that are not locked in a safe.
  • Update the value of your contents with your agent on a regular basis in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises in the event of a claim.
